Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using SpaciClean (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, Nykyta Kasianenko grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Certain features of the App (labelled "Premium") require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as permitted by Apple's refund policy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID settings.
The App, including all content, graphics, interface design, and underlying technology, is owned by or licenced to Nykyta Kasianenko and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App other than the limited licence set out in Section 1.
Any files, photos, or videos you process using the App remain your property. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to delete or modify any files you process through the App. Deleted files may not be recoverable; please exercise caution.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NYKYTA KASIANENKO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nykyta Kasianenko from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App in violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the licence granted in Section 1 will immediately end and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
