1. Who we are

2. Information we do not collect

SpaciClean does not collect, access, store, or transmit:

• Photos, videos, or any media files on your device
• Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
• Location data
• Contacts or calendar data
• Health or financial information

All scanning, analysis, and deletion operations occur entirely on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks.

3. Information we may collect

To improve reliability and diagnose issues, we may collect limited, anonymised technical data:

• Crash reports — stack traces and device model (no personal data) via Apple's built-in crash reporting
• App analytics — aggregated, anonymised usage events (e.g., feature opened, session duration) to understand which features are most useful
• Purchase information — managed entirely by Apple; we receive only confirmation of a valid purchase, never your payment details

4. How we use information

The limited technical data described above is used exclusively to:

• Fix crashes and bugs
• Understand which features provide the most value
• Improve app performance

We never sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-party services

SpaciClean may use the following Apple-provided services, each governed by Apple's own privacy policy:

• Apple App Store — for distribution and in-app purchase processing
• Apple PhotoKit — for on-device photo and video access (read/write, no external transmission)
• Apple StoreKit — for subscription and premium feature management

6. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain. Any crash or analytics data we receive is retained only as long as necessary for diagnostic purposes and is automatically deleted thereafter.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of any data we hold. 8. Children's privacy

SpaciClean is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Security

Because all data processing happens on your device and we do not receive or store personal information, the primary security layer is the security of your own device (Face ID, PIN, iOS encryption). The Secret Space feature adds an additional PIN lock within the App itself.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
